The title of this EP explains perfectly what the music is about. Ideas taken from my daily life in Quito, living most of the time at home, enjoying the little things and paying more attention to everyday situations. Taking away from these pieces any responsibility of becoming a masterpiece and making those little ideas have their own voice. Almost everything was based on synthesis with the exception of some samples taken from my surroundings that were not processed in any way.

Improvising during one of the MYÜSIC MÀMÁ's acoustic shows. I have been a member of this band for more than 8 years. We try to produce music based on our traditional Andean heritage but of course using technology and sometimes even mixing with other genres and sonorities.

There is a town in the Ecuadorian amazon area called Limonchelo.. no xd, "Limoncocha". The people who live there are mainly natives and at the same time there is a small city called Shushufindi and if I'm not wrong, it was created specifically by the need of oil companies. There is a big oil extraction in the middle of the way between the town and the city. I can only say that the situation is tragic. When I visited the town most people told me that they needed to study the water because there are so many irregularities, it is no mystery that this happens all the time here.. abuses from the mining companies and thousands of social problems. Just so you know, one of the biggest bus companies there is called "Petrolera" which in English actually means: Oil Company.
